I've only had this watch for a day and already love it. Quick and easy setup and hassle-free syncing with your phone. The screen is clean, non-glare, leaves fingerprints, but wipes easily with the edge of a shirt or paper towel. The text of the message is legible, the font is small if you have poor eyesight. But read with readers. Chargers are very fast and inexpensive. I brought this to replace my glowing Fitbit which is 2 1/2 years old. The strap is slightly longer and thicker than the flame.

The watch and app suddenly started working again the day after the crash and has been working great ever since. I can see my messages and texts on Facebook and who is calling me. Bought this brand and the Willful brand (same watch but different color and packaging). Both are the same watch, but both require you to download another app to sync the watch to it. No watch will sync with the Android app you have for fitness (Samsung devices have many watches / devices that do this from other brands as well). When I used the QR code from the instructions, I thought it was corrupt. When asked for my SSN, I started the return process. After further checking, the instructions did not mention the application that was eventually downloaded. I deleted the app from my phone and downloaded it manually from the play store, no personal data and the watch seems to work fine. I just set it up and will update it in a few days. Here, too, "DO NOT" use the QR code in the manual, but download it from the App Store.
