I found some stunning purple Oakley glasses but the lenses were too dark for me. I usually use a lighter amber, but I don't think amber would go well with purple. This is PERFECT for me. The purple mirror matches the frames well, and the light transmittance is much better. The only caveat I have for those looking for the EXACT Oakley look is that the underside of these lenses are not curved like the original (see image).

The company I usually buy replacement lenses from (Revant) was sold out. I work outside all day and needed to buy new lenses, so I gave them a try. To be honest I wasn't expecting much at this price but the distortion was so bad I didn't even install it and will be returning it. Revant lenses are made in molds, while cheaper brands are made by placing pre-cut plastic parts in molds and heating the plastic and then pressing it into shape. I ordered this set for my husband as one of his birthday gifts and the elastic that goes on the stud consists of 2 left side pieces. So one side doesn't fit and the lenses are the shape I ordered. There is no way to write to the seller.

Really brightens the road on those gray days. So much so that when I walk into my house I forget they're on lol 😆 😂. On cloudy days it is difficult to see with the usual dark tinted glasses. I especially like them for driving, even at night. Would recommend and for under $20! Oakley's replacements are four times bigger and at a month they were amazing. I don't use them on clear days, but if you're hiking in the woods and the like, which I also like, they're perfect for that too.

A few years ago I bought a pair of real Oakleys for $250. I'm rough with my gear so I buy quality. I immediately scratched the lenses and was heartbroken. Looking around I found these replacement lenses and have since bought several sets. High-quality lenses that fit easily in Oakley frames. The lenses are well polarized, protect the eyes from glare and are inexpensive enough to be changed several times a year. You can't go wrong with these lenses!
