The first impression was impressive. The bottle is nice and looks like it will keep drinks cold, but on closer inspection my mug is dented in several places and the lid doesn't close properly so I have to be careful when shaking it or the drink will spill all over the place. Next time I'll probably order straight from the blender bottle. The shaker was delivered to me in an Amazon bag, I have a feeling something like this should have been in a box where it might be more secure.

FYI I like the bottle and it works well for its intended purpose but I have read the washing information and it is clear that the bottle needs to be hand washed but you can put the lid in the dishwasher.
