We are able to mitigate threats against our critical infrastructure network with their cutting edge products for all of our customers at once. Their customer support team is outstanding! The only thing I would change about this product, but it's not really applicable since we're using them as one tool (we use ThreatExchange when doing threat modeling), so maybe if each product had its own user interface/look & feel then more people might like those things too?
