A good document management tool we've tested and tried

I like that it can be used by different users at once without any issues or conflicts with each other's data storage as well as access permissions (it works great for storing sensitive documents). It does not work very smoothly sometimes which makes me think there could have been some problems during its development phase but nothing serious enough so far according to my experience using this software since 2013 till now.
