The support team is very responsive, as well as the product itself has many features that are useful for us. We use it in our organization to digitize files of different types (CSV, XML), and we have been satisfied with everything so far. I think its simplicity makes it an excellent tool to be used by non-technical users. It's not easy to understand at first but once you know how things work you will love this software. The best thing about this product is that it can be used for free or with little cost, so there are no hidden costs involved in getting started up! I do not like how it sometimes takes time before you get any results from your search queries (sometimes weeks).
