I like how it is very easy for me as an auditor, because everything seems right there at my fingertips! This has made audits much easier than having people send emails of documents which are hard copies not always available during day-to-day operations. We have used this software since 2010 but we still don't know what they did differently until now when I upgraded from version 3 up 2 versions ago? Is the new update better then previous ones?! It's so confusing!! Definitely try it out first…
