they remove hair but although they claim you can use both sides most of the wax usually sticks to one side a small amount of hair i think you save about 30-40% by doing it yourself instead of paying someone to do it

Very impressed. This was my first time trying wax strips of any kind because I was tired of shaving my chest. The strips are easy to use and the reversible packaging is very well thought out. Not the funnest thing I've been up to lately, but it wasn't the worst pain either. I accidentally dropped one of the strips on the sink which was in a mess and the wax couldn't be removed. I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this (I've never had success with strips) but wow, this really removes hair! I have very thick hair and was able to remove entire strands in one go. Just follow the instructions (like everyone else is pointing out). It is important to apply in the direction of the hair and pull in the opposite direction.

As someone found out, sticks to everything but hair. Instructions should be to wear gloves as the substance gets on everything so easily and taking it off is a nightmare. Warm coconut oil should be on hand if you want to remove it.

Read the instructions on the packaging. When I first used it I pulled the wrong way and hated the product, but once I read the directions and got it right I was able to get it all and even reuse the strips a few more times.

Working. It was easy to use, the seller was polite and even emailed me. I am considering this product for feet and hands, not sensitive areas. Just my own experience. smoothes itchy hair on legs and thighs. it's durable too! When I shave it usually comes back after a few days! small bristles. beautiful.
