Bluetooth Compatible Classic Vintage Turntable Review

I recently bought this as a temporary replacement for my Jensen JTA-230 3 speed stereo player with built in speakers which is in a warehouse across the country . I was intrigued because the Pyle is more expensive (even though it was on sale) and the reviews were decent so I figured it should be better. The sound quality is terrible. If you don't plan on recording much, save yourself the hassle and just buy the Jensen.

Based on the rating this is the best value for money found in reliable reviews. It arrived without a small foam pad on the turntable which hopefully isn't a huge issue as returning the item seems like too much of a problem for that. Also, my player isn't balanced, but that doesn't seem to be affecting it at the moment. I'm not sure if the imbalance is specific to this item. I've had many high quality turntables in my life but just wanted something simple that would allow me to transfer old vinyl records to my Mac Powerbook Pro as mp3 files. I had to experiment a bit, but it worked for me. I would recommend connecting the computer directly via the RCA jacks rather than using the player's internal USB port.
