Quality = money hole

. Broke after a week like another review I saw. Because of this, only one side of the headphone works. Not very good quality but it's what you pay for.

Revain should no longer allow this behavior

I bought this product for my nephew as a Christmas present and sent it to the Caribbean. Now I'm at a loss with a non-working product and a heartbroken 6 year old. It's a shame.

Find another pair of headphones.

. They don't connect well. I was using them for a group chat and other people heard the sound of the old printer. I tried using them for Youtube and all the videos play on headphones with no sound. You need to disconnect and reconnect them. They are also not suitable for televisions.

Last but not least and poor customer service

They worked fine for four months then one site randomly stopped working. Emailed the company to ask about warranty or replacement options and was told it was out of the 30 day warranty period so they wouldn't touch it. When a company can't stand behind a product for more than a month, that's remarkable. Get what you pay for!

Cheap in many ways

I bought them as Halloween props so I have nothing to complain about. Ridiculously cheap, both in price and design (I dropped them ON THE SOFA and the earpiece broke off. They are hanging from a wire). Actually it makes me think they were broken before I received them. It's easy to pair with Bluetooth if you know anything about audio components, but the instructions were vague. The sound quality is actually not that bad. but make no mistake, they don't compare to anything "standard quality".
