I wanted to give this product 5 stars because the sound quality is very good on both sides when talking on the speakerphone. Unfortunately we had the block on and off constantly during the ride (in announcing each change I may add it gets really annoying after a minute). I assume the motion sensor is the problem and maybe we have a bum. I don't know since we got it back on credit.

Overall this is a great product. I like that the interlocutor has no problems with the sound quality when making a call. The volume on my end is a bit low, but with the windows open, the volume is acceptable. I've been warned that the Bluetooth range is quite long, so I have to turn off the device before I leave the car or I won't hear anything on my phone when I enter the house. Not bad for the price.

I received this item 2 days after ordering. While this Bluetooth hands-free kit might not be the absolute "best on the market", I think it's VERY good value for money. It was reasonably priced but I've been pleasantly surprised at how easy and well it works since I received it. The only "flaw", which is pretty minimal, is their documentation and English translation. You can use a native English speaker to check your translation. I drive an old truck, so no new frills. I made this to make calling easier. It was great, basic decent volume for the couple, no complaints from anyone on the other end of the line. I also liked it for the turn-by-turn navigation. It's easy to press a button to activate Google Assistant. You need to charge it regularly because it won't charge and won't work. It would also be nice to have an aux out so I can plug it into the truck's aux in to stream music from my phone which would really put…
