I bought this item in May and now it's only July and the power isn't on. It kept flashing and then went off and I can't get it back because I only had until June to get it back. I really liked it but now I'm just frustrated and bought two more for my family.

This would be a good product if the handles worked properly. Sometimes when I turn the knob clockwise to skip to the next song, it skips to the previous song or repeats the current song. You also can't turn the knob half a turn and skip ahead a few songs. They have to wait and promote one song at a time.

I don't like that you can't switch modes. Pressing the button that should toggle between BT/TF/USB doesn't work. Just stick with BT. Never returns to other options after a call. Any other similar device will automatically switch back to the current mode after a call. As I said, I can't even switch it manually after the call. I like the looks, but form isn't more important than function. Why waste everyone's time posting this garbage?

I like the bluetooth and speakerphone but my phone won't charge. I was on a trip this weekend and needed a map/directions. I connected my phone to keep it fully charged while driving. When I got to my destination, I found my phone wasn't charging and had 29% battery left. Not a very comfortable feeling when I need a phone in an emergency. I travel a lot so I'll look into another Bluetooth device.
