I bought these cones as a Christmas present. The design of these cones is pretty cute; it looks like a marble pattern in red and white. The recipient says you have to wait two weeks between sizes to allow the earlobe to stretch properly; Oil is also recommended.

Although I still use the first one, I like them, they are very easy to use. Update: I've had some sort of allergic reaction so I'd say if you can use steel I'd say use steel but I can't, if you can just use them I'd say stretch them and put the glass stoppers in the insert individual glass stoppers

I just started using this set and after a few days of having pain in just one ear I gave up and took it out. Only to find that the cones that come together in the 14g bag are literally two different sizes. It was partly my fault. I wanted the cones to be even. I didn't even notice the size difference. I'm now looking for another set and putting it off for a couple of weeks while one ear heals. Sad day.

All round it's pretty good to use. I've been researching more about acrylic since I bought it and people tend to have a lot of problems with it or it's very toxic. I've had mine for a few days now and haven't had any problems with it. They were a bit uncomfortable the first day but they are ok now. If you're looking for a safer method of stretching I wouldn't go with acrylic, but if you do, be careful.

When the size was changed to 10, I noticed that it became much more difficult to push the cone through the left ear. It turned out that the cones marked "10" were completely different sizes (I measured) and the cone I used for the left ear was too big. A mistake, no big deal. Except it happened 3 times. Size 8 fork was too small, had to buy another set of forks. Back then, size 6 cones were different sizes, although both are larger than the universal size. Buy a new set, save your money.

I will admit that it came in a rather large Amazon package but I doubt this is the seller's fault. The colors in the multicolored set are amazing and it was incredibly easy to start your journey of measuring your ears! I recommend you start with 16g instead of 14g as suggested in this set unless you are fully aware that going from a regular earring to a first diameter earring can hurt your ears if it is not done properly. Overall a great product and I am very happy with it!

The design of the taps and accompanying gauges is perhaps the most attractive in the picture and that's why my girlfriend and I went for it, but in fact the design disappeared as soon as we posted it as alcohol to order her for to disinfect the next step she climbed (from 14 to 12), and one of the cranes almost broke at the slightest touch. As she slowly increases in size, hopefully this won't be a permanent problem, but we're fed up. We also ordered a stainless steel set as a backup.

The blood spatter design drew me to this set of cones and plugs. The only downside to this set is that as the forks wear out, the spatter will disappear to the point where the fork appears completely white. I've gone from regular pierced ears to 00g and when I wear earplugs for long periods of time, especially on big jumps, the design wears out and disappears. Aside from the vanishing design on the ear tips, this set does what it's intended to do and I had no issues with stretching. I recommend

This happened almost a week before the expected arrival time. Everything was desperately organized and packed by size as shown in my photo. My photo doesn't show the 14g bag because I lost it so my 14g bags are now with my 12g bags. I had ONE ring break on my 10g but that wasn't a big problem as these are additional features of the forks. For the price it's worth it if you want to stretch.
