Great product as expected. One of the bulbs broke and they responded quickly and sent another bulb. Excellent customer service.

A bit wobbly, but looks great after installation and the price is right. We replaced incandescent bulbs with more powerful LEDs to illuminate the artwork. Just be gentle when handling it.

This is a really nice well made light. The only problem was that it didn't come with a pivoting mounting plate. So you can only hang it in one direction. We had to go out and use a different mounting rod to hang it in the direction we wanted.

installs in 5 minutes! The lamp looks modern and stylish. The ability to move light sources in different directions is very useful. We had a small space between the ceiling and the kitchen window that fitted perfectly.

The first bolts as they fit in special nuts are too short for a canopy. When we finally assembled it after 4 hours, 2 lights didn't work. Dropped it off today and can't return it as the return period has expired. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY

I love the look of this lantern! The workmanship is good, everything is well packed. We installed it in a new electrical box and had to use our own wire nuts. It seemed to be due to extra parts that were unnecessary (or maybe not applicable in US electrical situations?). Although we used a tiny wrench on a separate light source, we installed it the same day. haha One note - the lights are dimmed and on one of the lower settings the bulbs flicker. It won't matter much as it's a take we'll likely
