This hardwood cleaner is a game changer! Through trial and error, I found that this product gives my floors a streak-free shine without much effort. The only con is that it can be a bit pricey compared to other cleaners in the Cleaning Supplies aisle. But, the quality and ease of use make it worth the investment.

I have a dog who seems to be allergic to almost everything. After I washed the floors with ordinary detergent, he gnawed something terrible with his feet. This is not the case with Free & Simple. I'm also chemically sensitive. Good product for everyone involved

Does not cause deposits from my observations. It keeps the floor as glossy or matte as before (mine isn't glossy). I wish there was a sprayer so I could spray it easily - although you can buy a regular sprayer. No smell, thank god I didn't notice because I don't like perfume.
