He comes with a warning.

Comes with a warning. Some plastic parts contain DEHP [di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate]. Wearing work gloves is recommended during use. Apparently DEHP can cause cancer. This was not mentioned in the description.

How can I put it together?

This is what the product looked like without the protection of the packaging. The driver threw the box over the fence onto the concrete step of the back door. So she could break it. There are no assembly instructions. But it was cheap.

Pros
  • Stacking shears and guillotine
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
