Each tool is tested to a voltage of 10,000 VAC and certified to 1,000 VAC. Each Insulated tool has passed 2 times 10,000VAC test to ensure safety, obtained GS/VDE certificate. Fully insulating to reduce risk of short circuit.For meter assembly and meter blocking. Special insulated material with anti-burn and high-low temperature resistance.

Good tool but not exactly

After reading the reviews, I realized that I took it. It can break, but with careful treatment it will last a long time. The turning movement is clean, but the teeth do not line up exactly. It doesn't matter, but it looks like the two halves twisted a bit during production. I still recommend buying it to work with hot wiring.
