Great product for book lovers

This is a great product for holding the spines of old books in place. I used it to repair a Bible I received in 1971 and it did a wonderful job. It's actually cloth tape that won't tear or turn yellow like old duct tape. When I was a kid, our church used a similar product to fix psalteries that they couldn't afford to replace. I think the refurbished books lasted about 15 more years. I was delighted to find this entry on Revain.

  • Book Binding
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

I was nervous cutting the final threads holding the original binding and I'm sure I'll do better next time, but even on the first try I ended up with a book that doesn't feel like like it's about to fall apart. more. I suppose this won't be the last…

High Quality Book Binding Tape

The product gets bonus points for being 100% made right here in the USA. Since I didn't buy the tape for its intended purpose, my review can't say much. I am restoring an 1880's reed organ and needed a strong rubberized fabric strap (vinyl coated) for the inner workings of the organ. I have to say it works great for my use too. I am
