and the tech support email address in the manual is not good. 185 $

Doesn't suit me at all. I have 2-3 bars on my phone and the thing doesn't start anything. I have it 30 feet in the air and aimed at a tower less than 4 miles from me. The return period has expired for me and the tech support email address in the manual is not good. $185. issued. I installed it as shown in the photos

I installed it as shown in the photos. That does not work. I wrote to the supplier - he wanted me to send him photos. I have sent photos of all three components that came with the signal booster. He wanted more photos. Right now that's a total waste of $185.00. I still have to go outside and climb the hill to chat. It's 10 degrees with a cold wind below 0. Verizon didn't help either. I think I need to switch my work phones to another provider. Very disappointed.

The first impression is excellent. Got 1 to 2 bars, patchy reception.

The first impression is great. Got 1-2 bars with spotty reception at 22ft. A camper trailer is parked in a closed metal carport. Can climb up to 4 poles while standing on the Canopy roof. A mounted Yagi antenna about 25 feet in the air at one corner of the canopy is aimed at a cell tower 3 miles away and installed inside the antenna inside the canopy 15 feet from the trailer. I'm now getting 5 bars in and out of the trailer and internet videos with no lag on my LG V20 phone with Verizonโ€ฆ
