The instructions are clear and concise. Please note that when installing the center pole, the metal is very rough and may rub your hands. I would recommend gloves if handling this or pressure. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and it works exactly how I wanted it to. Almost everyone who saw it asked where to buy it, and I recommended it to them.

So sad. It has so much potential, but it's not well thought out. The mounting of the cleats in the metal tube is awful and all of my rods were slightly bent meaning nothing was aligned. I had to fix them myself. What about plastic shoe racks? They break after a few years. The whole thing is unstable, which isn't ideal for a 5ft tall boot rack. So disappointed. I can't believe my closet has changed! I feel like a decorator! The place looks neat and stylish in 2019 style! Took me about 25 minutes to assemble, but that's because I watched videos at each step. If I was more mechanical I could have done it in 10 minutes. The assembly itself was very easy but I didn't want to make a mistake so I kept stopping to watch the video. Anyhow, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Oh, one more thing: ladies, watch the video. The inventor is REALLY cute.

I don't wear very tall boots but I wear Dr. Martens I guess. (Other DM owners will understand). I have several of these boots as I enjoy turning them and increasing their lifespan by cycling. As they say I have a lot of DM and in size 14 to download. Lifting all of my DMs off the floor or placing them on shoe racks was not possible as most shelves are not designed to hold that many large shoes. After ordering 2 of these all my boots are now off the ground and in a nice narrow upright position…
