This hat is huge. We have a few Born to Love caps and they're always a little big - about 6 months ahead for a kid with an exactly 50th percentile head. We just grew up in this hat and it fits me with plenty of room. For the record, I also got myself a very similar CC Women's Visor Cap and they fit the same. I have the head of a medium sized adult female. I am very upset because the size is large and the stretch is significant. It will fall off my son in no time.
