Good unit for the price. Works and works as advertised. I've had mine in my 04 Silverado for over a year with no problems. TIP: I noticed that a lot of people mention that they can only dim the screen in radio mode. However, this is not the case. Just hold down the mute button to dim the screen in the main menu or sub-menu.

This product does not do what it is supposed to do. The touchscreen is buggy, the front panel buttons only work intermittently, and the SD slot doesn't support media formats. The only reason I didn't return it was because I missed the deadline trying to get the DVD out of the machine. It plays a DVD I have in the unit but the DVD hangs and won't eject. Just installed this in my 2003 Silverado, radio, CD and DVD players work and sound good. The main disadvantage of this module is the documentation. The only wiring information is a page in the owner's manual that copies the sticker on the unit itself. That may be enough for a professional installer familiar with car audio, but it makes little sense for an electrical engineer!
