It's easy for us non-tech people, who may not have ever built something from scratch before with Python or other languages that require coding knowledge etc.,to build our own chatbot platform without needing any programming experience! We're able to use all of their API calls as is so we don't need to code anything ourselves - it just works. I'd love if they provided more documentation about how some things work internally but this comes down to preference really. There are plenty of tutorials…

I like that you can use your existing skillset or hire someone else who has it, even outsource some of their development work for them if they are too busy at times when there is demand from customers/users in need /need help with what exactly? Nothing really as such but maybe have more options regarding payment methods (at least credit cards) since not all countries accept PayPal payments yet - though this may be due mainly because we don't do enough business internationally so far. It's good
