Works great, cuts gasket and windshield with no problems. Some reviews said it didn't work. Don't understand why. Cutting through the windshield seal is like eating a sandwich piece by piece. Because of the factory sealing, I had to drive along the underside of the windshield three times. I will buy again. if needed

I work for a professional auto glass installation company, this product sucks. I've only relied on this tool when all my others have failed, and yet with the urethane already pre-cut, this knife constantly struggles to get the smallest job done. Don't waste your money, buy a good cold knife from another company.

I am a professional auto glass installer and am completely satisfied with this product. Works as it should with many blade settings. Everything you get for the price with this set is really great value. The only point of criticism: the flat blade could have been sharpened better. But as long as you know how to use this tool, you will be satisfied with this tool. Many Thanks.

The blades in this set are very strong. However, the same cannot be said for the pen. The locking mechanism broke after two uses. I was working through a quarter window when the hilt slipped off the blade. After that it won't close anymore. Now I use the blades on the regular grip I had before. I won't buy another one of these. I can say again that the blades are great.

This set includes everything shown and is very thoughtfully designed. However, its disadvantages are related to its performance and/or user experience. I'm not very good at dismantling windows, but I like to try things myself and learn the hard way. This is definitely a difficult task and I would recommend it to professionals. I couldn't get the blade to penetrate the glass without damaging the paint and when I did the blade flexed very slightly and then wouldn't budge. I think this tool would…
