Box Five Mounting Bracket Polished Review

the finish was beautifully polished chrome. Good weight for them and they fit my 5/16" round bar perfectly as advertised!

Just what I need and my wardrobe looks great. I don't know why they aren't used in most cabinets, they look so much better than built in shelf brackets.

I used them to support new metal rods in my closet. Fits perfectly and matches the chrome finish. Easy to install and good quality. Not cheap but worth the money.

Excellent quality. Good ending. Continuous. Excellent price. The screws weren't long enough to go through the drywall. They would be fine as long as you bolt them directly to the tree and don't hold too much weight. I used my own screws with no problems. I would recommend planning for this.

I didn't want to use the metal L-brackets to support the shelf/rod in the closet. Since the pole was almost 6 feet long, it required more support than just being attached to the walls at each end. Alternatively, I used wooden brackets to support the shelf above the bar and these mounting brackets to hang the bar from the bottom of the shelf. It gave the overall look a more classic feel, and with the amount of wood I used those metal braces were almost invisible: exactly what I was aiming for.

These brackets did exactly what I wanted. My only issue with them is that they don't come in white so I had to spray paint them before I could use them. While not a problem, it was one more step than I wanted to take to complete my completed project. Otherwise I'm very happy with them and have ordered again to redo the other two cabinets.
