My son is a skinny average sized big boy a size 14. Based on other reviews I ordered a size 16. Size 14 was delivered. Not only was it the wrong size, the clothing sizes didn't match. The pants fit like a very skinny size 10, four inches shorter than my son, and they barely buttoned. The shirt fits like a size 8 and the sleeves reach just below the elbows. I bought this for my small/slim 8 year old son to wear to a wedding. He is 51-52 inches tall and weighs 58-60 pounds. He usually wears 7/8 in shirts and 7 in jeans, 8 if they are short. The pants in this suit are PERFECT. That said, they're a bit small for most 8's. The jacket on him is quite large but not unnatural so I'd say it's probably a bit large in TTS.
