Small blue padlocks match safety signs and signals

Yes, they lock like they should! They arrived quickly. Too expensive for this quantity. Biggest downside, I thought they had numbers on the locks but they don't. So if you need to make sure the lock doesn't change, you'll need to write your own numbers on the back.
