As a result of using this product, I found that the BRAKE performance was one of the worst I`ve experienced in my years of automotive and motorcycle riding... The brake band did not provide the necessary grip to effectively stop the minibike. While the installation was easy, the brake was essentially useless, making it a dangerous and unreliable option for any serious rider..

I have seen 4" and 4.5" brake bands for sale. I saw a youtube video that had the same kart as mine and is 5 inches, what i need works great.
