Product is not for sale

I have given it a fair shot through many tests. First, setting up a router for work can be tricky since it doesn't support 5G. Secondly, depending on your WiFi, the range is very limited. Third, and most importantly, the door sensor triggers constantly when the door is open or closed, and often triggers all the way back. The app and notifications don't work at night

I had the same problem as others. In-app device control and push notifications only work during the day. At night (after 11:00 p.m.) they do not work at all. Since they work well during the day, it's obviously an application bug. At night I open the app, press "Disarm", the screen refreshes, I close and reopen the app and it says the alarm is still on. Online manuals and application notes do not apply to this device. I had to read the poorly written instructions that came with it to decipher how to set it up on Wi-Fi and run the app. The sleep feature renders the app useless unless you physically press a button on the device to wake it up2. I keep getting random fake push notifications and troubleshooting hasn't revealed any network issues on my end. Fatal push notification server error.
