I have used brown epilepsy to remove leg and armpit hair with great results, I have no more hair. I decided to buy this to remove my facial hair, just my mustache and a bit of the underside of my chin. I'm tired of the wax and can't do laser treatments because my hair is too light. While it works great. I've also found the effectiveness of using the brush heads to cleanse skin and apply moisturizers, it works quickly and my skin absorbs the creams faster than by hand. Update: Inoperable after a few months. Much cheaper than US version, same quality. In general I liked it. Japanese instruction manual. So try to download another one online. Please be patient when using. It takes time to make it work. Not 100 percent either — some hair resists.

I love this product. It's easy to use. No problems changing to brushes or heads. The only problem is that the epilator is not that powerful. It does the job but not as fast as some other epilators I've seen/felt.

Seems used, there is a scratch just above the main switch and sometimes it runs like half power. The rest of its accessories looked new, but I have my doubts about the device.

Unfortunately my epilator stopped working after a few months. I contacted the seller and he told me it must be a stuck hair, but it was actually the rotator system that was broken. The mechanism inside the device has failed and rattles before it gets stuck and completely stops working. I've tried everything I can, now I'll probably have to contact the company and see if something can be done. As someone else mentioned I assume this was because it could do with a refurbishment. The device is very weak. He is so weak that he does not work. It spins until it touches the hair or skin and stops working completely. I changed the batteries and they were still weak with no change. can i return it I can't tell if this was a crappy product or a poorly designed epilator.
