I bought this because I use it to blow dry my hair in my salon and I like that you can actually direct the air to the roots. But I was looking for a blow dryer on a low, gentle setting to complete my styling. The "low" power setting on this dryer is almost indistinguishable from the high setting. (Two power levels only.) Not soft enough to thoroughly style almost dry hair. Seems to be a basic feature for every dryer right? Very disappointing for the price.
