I love this curling iron. My friend bought me one like this many years ago, but I fried it in Europe (didn't pay attention to the voltage difference). I was sooo happy to find a replacement for the Revain and it was cheaper than what I paid at the time. Surge protection if you take it to Europe. :)

I am amazed at how well this product works. However, I bought it to replace the one I had for 3 years because the orange dye was starting to come off my hair. I thought come on, I've had it for a few years, I think it's time for a new one. The one I bought a month and a half ago has also started peeling. SO disappointed, I think it's a quality issue after all. Sending back for a refund, I will update after I get a response from the seller.

In the beginning it was a great curling iron. Not so good after 1 year. The tension is gone and it's not so good for thin hair. If you plan on having it for a few years, pick another one. It also burns easily and the barrel turns brown.

This curling iron is great! It heats up quickly, has a very long cord so you don't have to stand on the sink to use it and it won't singe your hair! OH - and it also provides great hold for curls with little to no product and my hair is quite heavy and straight by nature. Definitely recommend if you are in the market.
