Mine works great. - Small appliances

I was nervous because it didn't work when I read the comments, but it works great and makes delicious grilled sandwiches. So happy I bought this!

Works well. It's getting very hot outside

Product works well. Cooks evenly and quickly. When you close the top cooking lid, the entire outer bowl gets very hot and is difficult to close.

received no additional plates

simple and easy to use. I don't know what the light from above is doing, I don't think it's ever changed color. But it warmed up and made a great sandwich. Didn't receive additional plates as listed.

There is only ONE PLATE SET

This worked great for sandwiches. I DID NOT RECEIVE "3 REMOVABLE SANDWICH PLATES, WAFFLE AND EGG", I ONLY RECEIVED SANDWICH PLATES. This is a scam in my opinion as the price of $34.99 is not worth buying just ONE PLATE. Other products, just sandwiches, are cheaper and more reasonable. I don't recommend this until they ship what is promised on the product page!

Easy to use, heats up quickly, easy to clean

This electric press works very well! First, it's well made and doesn't feel cheap. It has some weight but not too heavy. It is very easy to set up and use. It's as simple as plugging it in, turning it on and waiting for it to heat up. It is really that easy. A normal sized sandwich fits in easily. It's very easy to clean and even the burnt cheese came off pretty easily. All in all, for the price, this is a great value for a multifunctional press! I use it several times a week!

It is not clear when the waffle will be ready. Too long to cook (18 minutes)

Instructions and label say 220V I have confirmed with the seller and they said it was misprinted. Should be 110V. I really have a feeling this is being done at 220v as to me it only seems to be getting 1/4 of its original power. So under a 110v outlet in the US, but the waffle takes too long to cook (about 18 minutes, should be 6-8 minutes normally). There is no indication when the waffle is done, the indicator light doesn't work well as it only shows amber light and not what the manual says…
