Unreliable static electricity protector for computers

While this product promises protection against static electricity it failed to deliver .After installing the Breakout Adjustable Supports, my computer experienced multiple crashes and failures. The pro is that it was easy to install, but the con is that it simply doesn't WORK as advertised. I do not recommend this product to anyone looking for reliable computer internal components..

Pros
  • Provides adjustable support for electronic devices
Cons
  • Potentially limited range of protection (only for voltage between 1.8V and 10.8V)

This is a well-designed breakout board

This is the board Thought out: The bottom posts have magnets for quick and secure attachment to the ATX PSU case, the handle is aluminum (nice but better than nothing), the Lexan panels are covered with a protective film, and the outlets are arranged in ascending order. Of course, most of them are just standard engineering solutions, but it turns out to be an easy-to-use product that is "just a step ahead” of other similar products, for example, without magnets or with plastic handles.

Pros
  • Compatible with 9V: Arduino, motor drive, display driver module, etc. 12V: motor drive, LED light, vehicle equipment with power consumption less than 24W, etc.
Cons
  • Expensive
