It tears easily and doesn't have to.

So they're ok, I mean they're easier to clean because you just take the bag and throw it in the trash or compost heap or whatever. But one thing, they break very easily. So while tearing off a new one, you could very well accidentally tear the next pack in half. You have to be very, very careful, and you'll probably break a few anyway. Next, do your products come in those little plastic bags? Guess what? You can use them instead. So there is no real need for them unless you are a composter. I…

Bags tear too easily. I've thrown away more bags than I've used

That would be great but when I try to tear open a new bag they always tear and they are so thin that a tiny tear is enough to render the bag unusable put in the trash can to make. The last 4 times I've juiced it took me 3 or 4 packs to finally get one to use. and that's after trying to rip off a new bag like I'm a surgeon or something! Ha ha. Yes I'm a little disappointed because they can be useful but if only 10 out of 30 are usable then it's a waste of money and frustrating because I really…

2 for 1 - Tear 2 packs for each 1 just trying to open

Very disappointed. This is probably the fifth box we've gone through. Maybe it's just a box I haven't opened to try. Out of 30 bags, I tore 15 when trying to open them to lay out the container. I felt like David Carradine in kung fu trying to walk on rice paper. I would still be locked in the temple. For about 30 cents a bag, I can wash the container. I wash enough other juicers - one more isn't a big deal. If it wasn't so incredibly frustrating to open the packaging without tearing it, I would

The truth is that they really aren't needed.

The truth is that they are not really needed. Sure, it's a good biodegradable bag and that's how their pretty plastic bags are made, but is it really necessary for your new Breville juicer? The answer is no. Like others, I saw Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and was inspired to buy a juicer and start making juice. I ordered these packs before I knew how long it takes to clean my juicer. The truth is. It doesn't take much time at all. If it took me 30-45 seconds to clean the bowl that catches the pulp
