Thin, clear, gentle. But AREA. Nanny required.

I'm 5'8 and 155 lbs, soft hourglass. More weight in my hips/less abs after having two kids. Now I wear 10-12; 10 goes well with these pants. I love them as work pants (teachers) because they fit a variety of top silhouettes and almost look like yoga pants. Pin sections are stained, as button-down dress pants invariably do. Bonus: Don't recognize. I taught 3 open zip classes because I barely had time to escape to the bathroom! Ah, the life of a teacher. They changed the cut to a (gaudy) loose…

Pros
  • Inseam 31
Cons
  • Functionality

Comfortable but ugly

Looking for a pair of pants without zippers to wear to work. Not the best pants I've owned, but they fit well and are comfortable. Very crumpled material. After washing and drying, they fit much better, in the future I can hang or lie on a horizontal surface to dry.

  • Nice item
Cons

Perfect for dress work

Love these pants. I am a USPS PTF employee and they are comfortable, move with me and are very light. I wear a size 12 but some Briggs have shorter legs and a slimmer fit and leg than others. I also buy 14s and wash and dry them so I have more space for my busy offices. Sometimes I catch myself pulling them up when my fat roll is pushing them down, but they are worth the money!

I LOVE THESE PANTS!

I LOVE THESE PANTS! If I could give them more stars I would. You are perfect for the job. They look elegant, don't fit the bottom, are elastic (!). I ordered a size down as previous reviewers said. They do shrink a bit after washing and drying so I would like to order my true size. You are in good shape. Tailored but not too tight, short but not too short. I will order these pants again and again. They look like dress pants but it feels like I'm wearing pajamas all day. I LOVE HER!

Good for pear shapes, bad for apples.

I bought these pants in four colors/patterns. Each material was different. One was in a heavy tweed, well-suited for autumn (dappled grey). Two were thick, cottony (two diamond stripes). And the gray was a polyester-like material that made noise when you moved. The waist straps are comfortable and slightly looser than normal sizes. The hips, buttocks and thighs of these pants are definitely made for a pear-shaped girl. Very uncomfortably loose. I'm going to sew up the sides a bit on my sewing…

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised
