Beautiful brass clasps.

The locks seem to be well made, I'm just worried they aren't as secure as they could be as anyone can get TSA keys that can open them. I think it's better than nothing or US security will cut up your bag.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

serve a purpose. in Travel Accessories

I first bought a set of four locks for a trip abroad, but found I needed more. It was easy to buy these locks. They won't deter a determined thief or the TSA, but that's okay. If you are not willing to pay for the transportation of the safe that you must accompany every inch of the journey, there are no guarantees.

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Thin

Worked flawlessly on a recent long trip.

. Withstood 12,000 miles round trip with no loss or breakage. I used them to secure my backpack and large check-in bag on a recent trip to Kharkiv, Ukraine via Orlando, Manchester, Munich and Kyiv. Six flights, four baggage checks and two 5-hour train journeys between Kyiv and Kharkov. For the price unbeatable.

Pros
  • . Slim design
Cons
  • . Neutral

Nice set of locks but I would fit combination locks in the future.

These locks have worked well but in the future I would recommend combination locks instead. Nothing wrong with the key other than keeping up with it and having to pull it out every time you need to get into your luggage. These castles are well preserved but if you are reading this I just wanted to share my opinion on what to consider when buying one.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Broadly ok but...

Useful Reliable Best Travel Accessory

I bought these locks in a hurry before a trip abroad, no problem but they are a bit tight when maneuvering the key in the lock. It is snap lock (no key required to lock) and approved by the Transportation Security Administration. These aren't the kind of locks that other random keys would open - you need that specific brand of key. Haven't used the locks on any of my trips in the past and was a bit discreet for this trip but thought it would help as I had a layover and was concerned my luggage…

Pros
  • Tasty
Cons
  • Quality
