For those of us who have been to the ER past and present, FD, PD, DPH, ER Nurses and Docs, these are good pins to have can wear on civilian clothes. (or uniform if allowed)

It kept my bald head warm in the winter, kept me warm much warmer than I expected for the price. Plan to use it again next winter.

I am not very happy with my purchase. I bought the EMT version and the star of life emblem is way worse than the picture. The rest of the hat feels nice and new but the emblem looks like it has been used for years. I'd return it, but I have my first shift as a paramedic tomorrow. The fit is good though, I think most people who complain about the hat being too tight don't realize that such hats stretch over time.
