Smaller finger box. Half a size larger

I prefer Brooks sneakers. Tips for the new adrenaline. Smaller in the toe area, so I had to go half a size up. I also have sloping arches, so I always margin wide depending on the fit. With Adrenaline, I also had to reach out to a wide audience. The guides take a little getting used to, but they help with my injury-prone ankles. Overall I'm happy with the new design. Much better than 20.

Great for knee and back pain.

For more than two years I suffered from chronic pain from the right thigh to the calf as well as from plantar fasciitis. I recently decided to invest in some really good shoes. After much research I bought a Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21. I just took the dogs for what I thought was a leisurely one mile walk, but one of them decided he wanted to walk the whole distance. (I NEVER run, but he had so much fun that I let him lead the way. LOL.) I have literally ZERO pain in my back, hips, knees, calves…

Cons
  • Very expensive

I have wide feet and very low arches and I walk like crazy in sneakers, on average I wear them from 6 months to one year dependent. Now, I'm not a marathoner or runner at all, but I bought them hoping that they would be good for outdoor walks and long-term physical activity, as well as daily runs around the house, etc. They're ok, but I don't really understand what the hype about them is, other than the expensive cost. To be honest they are not worth the $130 I paid. I was hoping for better…
