Excellent but returned due to size

It is comfortable to wear but the size runs small. Maybe I should have ordered wide or larger; I compared it to other adidas shoes of the same size.

Pros
  • Excellent, it fits well. Excellent support
Cons
  • The sole is too heavy

Best cushioned hiking/running shoe I've found!

Brooks have designed a very well cushioned and comfortable shoe that makes you feel like you're walking on a supportive yet comfortable cloud! My ONLY complaint is that I use the 2EE Wide and I wish they would offer the Wide in more colors. Be that as it may, I had to choose such a broad color in which, for example, there was neither black nor white. That minor complaint aside, I'm giving it a BIG 5* RATE!

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything's fine

Almost too comfortable

Well I haven't been able to walk them yet due to the weather and my schedule. However, I've been wearing them for a few days now to break their legs. They are very comfortable and seem to give good support. I was worried they might be too soft but they feel good. It also seems that the tops breathe very well. And the heel doesn't rub against your foot like many shoes do! I can't wait to see them on the track.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are new competitors

NOT MADE IN USA, CHINA, MEXICO, THAILAND, MALAYSIA, JAPAN OR BRAZIL.

The country of manufacture of this shoe does not have US standard measurements. Nike, Reebok have already outsourced to this country. And her shoes are missing now. I don't buy them anymore. If REDWING shoes follow suit, I won't buy them anymore either. THIS SHOE HAS TO BE "D". THIS IS FOR THE WIDTH. THESE SHOES ARE NARROW. CAN YOU SAY NARROW?

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for elderly

Excellent cushioning and consistent performance

The new Glycerin GTS19 is my sixth or seventh iteration of this training shoe and continues to offer superior cushioning over previous versions. I've opted for the new version of the GTS for more stability and haven't felt any difference in performance, but I'm hoping for a positive cumulative effect. At 5ft 11" and 155 pounds I get 500-600 miles a year on my glycerines. You can't ask for more from a great running shoe. Brooks to the fullest!

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
