👟 Brooks Women's Adrenaline GTS 19: Perfect Blend of Comfort and Support for Active Women Review

I've had this brand for eight years. The GTS 18 were wider and the post didn't seem to take the same amount of stress as my previous shoes. The new GTS 19 is narrower and seems to have a lot more support. They are a bit stiff when you first put them on but I feel like I have a much more secure shoe. I just ran a half marathon in my old GTS 18, but I'm looking forward to many more kilometers in my new shoes. Thanks for getting it right this time Brooks!

So I got my shoes yesterday and worked on my feet today! They were incredible on my knee. I have a knee problem when I squat due to the weight but I was able to do an old PR without a brace and it was amazing. I will update and see how they hold up over the next few months. I'm used to wearing the Nike Free RN and Nike Free RN 5.0 in the American 8.5 women's running shoes, which have a more snug fit. In these shoes I feel like I can easily fit 8, no problem. I found my new shoes!

For those who need this answer because I certainly couldn't get a straight answer from anyone here before I bought it. As far as I can tell as long as they fit the same as the 18's.
