Essential parts are missing!

Only one dark green thread included, not pictured. The kid who got it was understandably disappointed, they spent their money on it and then couldn't do it right away. I will never choose this brand/seller again.

Missing parts, poor instructions

Very disappointed. Got it because it's a starter kit. But details are missing. Without frame and needle. Both are listed in the description. The instructions are terrible too. Example "Step 1: Stretching the fabric" That's it. how to stretch With what? for what reason? How is this starter kit? TOTAL waste of money! Don't even try to go back. Straight into the trash.
