    The mark is not washed off.

    After several months of work on the ceiling, it is perfect, ONLY the bruises have not washed off. This is especially a problem in the middle square where I wanted to put the baby's name and date of birth instead of saying what they stamped there. But the pre-cut inscription hasn't washed off, and I have to mend it and embroider a name on it. Not the look I was hoping for. Otherwise the quality of materials was good and there was plenty of thread.

    Pattern Stamped Incorrectly

    I was almost done with the project when I noticed the pattern was stamped incorrectly. The entire design should be surrounded by flowers, but there is no embossing at the top and no room for a free stitch. It appears that the design is placed too high on the fabric and the flowers are missing. I realize I should have looked at it better before I started sewing, but I've made a lot of these crib blankets and have never had this problem before.     This is a beautiful pattern but I didn't give it five stars due to a few things. The reviews said no. But I had a problem with thread splitting. They were so messy it took too long to fix. For that reason alone I wouldn't buy it again unless it was fixed. I just don't have time for it. Next to. It was quite a good experience. Threading problem and you have a steady customer.

    Know what you're getting yourself into.

    I have done cross stitch and cross stitch kits for most of my life. I decided to try this much larger project to give to a friend. The blanket is of very good quality and seems to stand the test of time. The thread is enough to at least get you started (I'll update this review when I run out of thread).
