Bugzilla is easy to use and provides good integration

The best thing about this software as I see it from my end of using this bug tracking software for quite some time now has got nothing at all! Yes its free with unlimited features but there are so many other paid ones available in market which have more advance functionalities like team collaboration or project management etc..   • Easy to use (even new users will get used quickly)
  • Free, No hassle installation process required.
  • Great User Interface&User experience(UI)
  • Has lot'sof addons / integrationsavailable too.(eMail integration is great!)

Great Software to use if needing some assistance managing projects

I like that it's very simple for users who are not technical people but may need help with tracking tickets from time of creation through resolution or closing/closing out an issue (or whatever your process calls this). And most importantly - they have excellent customer support! This software has helped me track issues so quickly without any problems at all in my experience thus far; just keep up communication about when you're going live as well because sometimes there can be delays…
