I would love to sit in a sandbox and play with this! So well made, the hat is really impressive, I didn't expect such good quality and the very real look of it, for such a low price.the four pieces will delight any child, boys or girls, that love to create great architecture in the sandbox! This set, combined with a giant dump truck. would make me happy all day long.! Love this set and can't wait until Christmas to give it to my nephew! Thank you!

Seems to be well made for toddler toys. Our female granddaughter loves her boy-cousins trucks, and her dad is in construction so she's seen him operating equipment like this. We thought we'd get her her own set of truck-toys. We think she will be excited to have something different and all her own. Especially the hard hat and the sand digger, as they have a play area with sand. For the price you can't go wrong. I'm betting the kids will love them.

He loves the Caterpillar loader. It pushes easily in the sand and he’s able to construct numerous roads. Then he uses the rake and shovel to finish the job.Now the hat is biggest hit of all! The perfect happy gift for a little boy. Forget any fancy digital gifts this Christmas season. This old school truck toy is a great gift. I love the fact that it comes with a little hard hat. To those complaining of the strength and functionality of the hard hat, get over it. It's a toy and I'm sure any a little kid that just this on their Christmas tree won't attempt to use it at a construction site. I also like the hard plastic that the truck is made out of, it's already taken a hard beating.

Overall a good set. My son takes them everywhere, to the playground and the beach. But after a while the shovel of the loader does not stay up. A bummer cuz at first it’s difficult to put down and now it’s not staying up.

Such a cute combination of things for my kids to play with. We added it to our sand box and my son loves wearing the hat while playing

The hard hat is large enough for an adult. I was expecting it to be kid or toddler size so it is something my granddaughter will have to grow into maybe.

Good value for the money. sturdy plastic & the hat is a fun extra. it's nice to have a toy for him to use that isn't electronic.

Both the CAT products I have are lightweight plastic, and I wish they were metal. In some respects this is great, especially for outdoor play, but the plastic does feel lightweight.However, this set is very cute as a gift. Hard hat is a little large, but it depends on who you're buying this for. Plastic digger vehicle, sand, and rake have held up well. It's nice to have multiple pieces so multiple kids can play.

My grandson really loves trucks so he loves this set. I am not sure which is his favorite part, the truck or the hard hat.Ideal set for a little boy.

This is a fun little set. The hard hat is adjustable, so it should be able to fit almost any kid's head. The plastic is sturdy on the toys. It is not the thickest plastic that I have seen on toys, but it isn't the thinnest either. The digger moves as it should and the tires all spin. The hand tools work great for digging in a sandbox. I have not had any issues with these toys.

This set has two scoops for working with sand, a front-end loader, and a hard hat. This is a cute set to play with alone or to add other CAT vehicles. The plastic is thick and sturdy, and I expect this to hold up well. I prefer plastic toys over metal with the smaller kiddos, as it seems less likely to injure anyone. Baught for my 2 year old and with in 5 mins of him barely realizing what it was the shovel broke. This is my second time ordering this toy items did not come in a nice new package. Both looked as of they were a used item.

My two year old loves this! He is very tough on toys and so far the hard hat has lasted through many drops without cracking and the construction loader and shovel/rake set have lasted through hours and hours of digging in the garden and sand at the beach. Definitely worth the money!

This was the same price as buying a play hard hat alone. The little loader is cute and works well, but the extra "hands" are useless. Worth it for the hat and loader though.
