It was great. The bumper is of the same quality as any other plastic. The installation took about 10 minutes. Now everything works great. The black bumpers on my Elite controller also look pretty cool. I just wish MS would redesign these things. Bumpers do NOT have to be solid. They should be split in two so they don't break in the middle.

Overall installation is pretty easy once you've taken your Xbox controller apart. It's a little tight getting back together. My only issue I had was that the protrusion on the right side that stops the bumper when pressed was bent outwards slightly, causing it to disengage and pop out of the controller once the button was pressed . To fix it, all I had to do was gently bend it into position and reinstall.

I was hoping to fix a bumper that came loose due to a broken tab, but disassembling an Xbox One controller is NOT easy. And it's from a man who used to build plastic models! I had to throw the whole controller in the trash. I ended up buying a new controller. It's a cheaper alternative to a new controller. If you have a prodigy/guy that does stuff like this you could buy this kit to say a bit of money compared to what they have.
