☕ Bunn 45627.1000 Loose Coffee Adapter Kit for Enhanced Brewing Experience! Review

The original loose coffee adapter that came with my Bunn broke after about 4 years of use. I love my bunn and it still works great so I ordered this replacement adapter. That works great. If they break every 3-4 years I have no problem buying a replacement because overall the Bunn is fantastic.

So far (about 2 weeks) this loose coffee box works well with my Bunn My Cafe. My original broke 3-4 years ago and can no longer be repaired. This new box appears to be identical and I assume it is fine. I hope this lasts the life of the coffee maker as I have had a coffee maker for at least 5 or 6 years and love it so much!

As can be seen in the attached photo, view #1 (arrow), the coffee adapter cartridge handle is cracked (boiled water leaks). Therefore, a new replacement was procured (order April 17, 2020). But the new block was soon broken in both places, as shown by arrow number 2. Too bad. Keep in mind that the coffee maker isn't cheap, but its parts are unacceptably fragile and unreliable. Absolutely not recommended!
