My mother liked this watch a lot, she reads the time very well. Since she's 99 years old, that's a big deal. The watch is solid and looks good and the black background makes the watch easy to read. Holds up very well and looks great. She loves it!

The watch is beautiful, even better than the picture. Your customer service is wonderful. I had a small problem and they did their best to fix it. I am very happy with my watch. Wonderful packaging and it arrived quickly and in a beautiful box.

This watch looks good, is a good size and is easy to read. It feels solid, not cheap. Resizing is a hassle but doable (I just removed the links, didn't try to paste them back). The problem I have is that it gets undone frequently. . Unlike regular clasp watches, these are spring-loaded. So if you accidentally press the button by bending your wrist or hitting something, it will unlock.
