I recently purchased a large quantity of Costco's prepackaged organic ground beef. I had a hard time getting them into the perfect patty shape and it saved me a lot of pain.

You'd think I'd stop falling in love with these single-use gadgets, but here we are again. bottom line. complex solution to a fairly simple problem. After 10 minutes of fiddling, I did it by hand. They were just as tasty as always.

Finally got around to using this for regular turkey burgers, actually a Saliberi steak but it works really well A nice and even portion is important to me in my program. Maybe use a smaller meatball press. Very easy to clean and use.

The product has arrived and works as expected. You'll have to play around with it a bit to get the hamburger type and size/thickness you want. I haven't used it for sliders yet. Really helps you cook them up quickly if you're making a few at a time or making a few to freeze.

I would give this purchase 5 stars. However, he came with a missing piece. How disappointed! Since I bought this set as "good", it did not indicate that any part was missing. So much for a good price. I still use it because of the price but not with the medium pan option, can't try to make smaller burgers.
