🧴 Burts Bees Lavender and Honey Body Wash - 12 Oz, Pack of 3 - (Package May Vary) Review

UPDATE: We decided to give it a try instead of just sending it back. Despite having the consistency of water, it lathers well and we will be buying again. We bought it many years ago. I doubt it's even a Burt's Bees product or anything bottled under their name - fake! It's like water with a slight hint of citrus smell. We will send back if possible.

It has a Burt's Bees tag but it's not the same. It is watery and spreads all over the body the first time you use it. It doesn't look like a gel and it's not comfortable to use at all! The aroma is the same. I won't buy this again.

I love this cleaning and fragrance product BUT when I opened it there was soap everywhere, the lids were open and the bottles weren't full. A big slippery mess that I threw in the shower because I couldn't hold onto it to sit down. Last time it came in a box that worked better. Or maybe he was in too much of a hurry to get out? What's the point of choosing the slowest delivery option and getting it delivered so early?

I was skeptical because some recent reviews said they changed the formula... I've been using Dove shower gel my entire adult life and have had eczema on my underarms since using Dove for sensitive skin (last 6 months) have used with "bulges of milk" on my shoulders ALL LIFE. I absolutely love this product! I have some allergies which ruled out some body washes and some are too greasy. This is perfect for me. The aroma is pleasant and not overpowering. I almost hate giving such a good review because I selfishly wish I could keep it all to myself. Try it and I'm sure you'll love it too.

I liked this product but wouldn't say it was that. It gives my skin normal moisture, but I felt that I had a slight irritation on the skin due to a small itch, the smell is okay, but not an attractive aroma.

I have psoriasis and learned a long time ago that sodium lauryl sulfate soap makes it harder for my skin to fight plaque. Burt's Bees shower gels have never complicated the process I use to fight psoriasis. This is a new scent for me. It's not overwhelming, and again, Burt's Bees' formula didn't irritate. This is a good soap for my sensitive skin.

This is my favorite shower gel. Although I was disappointed when they changed the formula from mint to rosemary, now I just add a little bit of peppermint essential oil and it's even better with lemon and rosemary.
